Myamsar is a Fumya Dekapon Uberhero first introduced in Patapon 3. Like Tondenga, Myamsar has superb offensive and defensive abilities. Using a pair of weapons instead of a weapon and shield combo, he can deal extreme amounts of damage in bursts against single-targets. Myamsar is considerably faster than most Taterazay-class units and can perform hit-and-run tactics to whittle down even the toughest of enemies. Alternatively, he can rush in and tear down his targets before they have a chance to retaliate.

Appearance

Myamsar initially sports a light yellow-orange mask in the form of a Fumya Rarepon and wears a light green cape by default.

As Myamsar evolves, his mask turns orange and grows larger, resembling a Fumyaaru. Finally, it turns a dark red-orange and gains additional features on sides, resembling a Funmyaga.

Myamsar is at level 8 when unlocked, which is when Tondenga and Destrobo both reach level 8.

• Blades and Shoulderguards by default.
• Daggers at level 10.
• Shivs at level 15.

Uberhero Mode: Sic 'Em Shadow

During Sic 'Em Shadow, Myamsar enters a trance, seeking out the closest enemy within range as indicated by a purple aura surrounding the target. After a brief moment, the target is immobilized, tumbled, and Myamsar teleports to them to unleash a ruthless flurry of strikes. He will continue to strike until the target is defeated or the Uberhero mode is canceled. Like Tondenga's Giandeth, Sic 'Em Shadow will always strike at the same rate, regardless of Myamsar's attack speed.

If Myamsar cannot reach the target he is locked onto, he will teleport it to him instead. Sic 'Em Shadow has no effect on large enemies such as Cyclops or Balrog and will only target small foot soldiers.

Upon activation, Myamsar will shout, "Dotonshadow! (ドトンシャドー)!"

Class Skills

As with all Class Skills, each skill requires 100,000 experience to master. The amount of experience gained is dependent on the skill.

Set Skills

Myamsar can equip one Set Skills. At level 20, he can equip another Set Skill, for a total of two. Mastering Tondenga "Set Skills" class skill allows Myamsar to inherit an additional four slots, for a total of six.

Strategy

• Although Myamsar lacks a shield, he has the third-highest stamina of all Taterazay-class units. In addition, shivs provide additional stamina and defense bonuses to further improve his survivability.
• The weapons Myamsar can be equipped with all have naturally high status and critical chance, which gives him a wide array of equipment set-ups.
  • Like Jamsch, Myamsar can take advantage of his high status. As an Uberhero, considering developing the two side-by-side, as they have set skills can synergize with each other.
    • In particular, Jamsch's Peerless Mushroom and Myamsar's Cornered Rat allows for an immediate 4x attack bonus at the start of every mission.
  • With a high attack speed and stagger rate, Myamsar can essentially stun-lock bosses, making them unable to attack at all or enter their rage state.
• As an Uberhero, Myamsar can equip both a blade and either a shiv or a dagger in his offhand, allowing him to benefit from Grenburr's Slash Master and Piekron's Stab Master set skills. This increases his total damage output by 200%. Myamsar is uniquely the only Uberhero capable of utilizing both of the set skills at the same time.
• In VS play, Myamsar is especially effective as Sic 'Em Shadow inflicts Tumble, which cannot be normally resisted agaist. Sic 'Em Shadow will also disable the target's Uberhero mode, with the exception of Guardira. However, Myamsar remains vulnerable to some long-range classes like Cannogabang.

Trivia

• Myamsar, along with Tondenga and Yarida, is one of the few Uberheroes who can equip most of the Set Skills, as he can equip 6 once Tondenga has mastered all of his Class Skills.
• You can hear a cat screech when he teleports to the enemy in his Uberhero Mode.
• When Myamsar uses the PonPata song, he runs away then does a backflip before returning to battle.
• Sic 'Em Shadow erroneously states that it can be comboed with the PonPon song, whereas it is actually comboed with the PonChaka song. PonChaka followed by PonPon will instead have Myamsar execute a strengthened normal attack.
• During a VS race, when part or the whole enemy team is in front of Myamsar, his Uberhero Mode will immobilize and attack enemy units ahead of him . It will not inflict any damage, however.
• Despite being based on a Dekapon, Myamsar is one of the fastest units in the game.
• Myamsar is named after Miyamoto Musashi, who was a famous Japanese swordsman,
• Myamsar has the fastest attack speed of all Taterazay-class units.
• Tondenga and Myamsar are the only shield classes to have 4 item slots.
